The 5th House in Astrology - Curse and Childlessness (Infertility)

The 5th House in Astrology - Curse and Childlessness (Infertility)

The Great Saint 'THIRUVALLUVAR' had highly mentioned about Progeny - having Children - in the Seventh Chapter of his Tamil Veda 'THIRUKKURAL' IN 10 VERSES. The essence of them is as follows:
Nothing is Comparable to the gift of intelligent and virtuous Children, or to all the good things that could be acquired in this world.
Those who are fortunate enough to have virtuous and worthy children will surpass the sevenfold birth in Hindu Mythology, and no evil will dare to approach them.
I have quoted only two of the saint's ten verses relevant to the subject under discussion.
In Hindu Vedic Astrology, the 5th house is given an important position as a trine, halfway down to Karma, the 10th house, denoting Progeny and marking the continuance of the Generation.
Already, many learned Astrologers and Scholars have written and propagated on having Children and related matters.
There is always another side to a scenario. Here, it is about Childlessness due to factors that are unknown and partially known. (I have used the word 'Partially.' as no one can exactly point to 100% reason).
I am quoting a few excerpts from Sri Mahadeva's 'JATAKA TATVA' - SUTRAS that are very short and easy to explore. This forms a part of PRAKIRNA TATVA, one of the five major Tatvas: Samjna, Sutika, Prakirna, Stri Jataka Tatva, and finally Dasa Tatva.
Planetary positions that may lead to Childlessness and relative reasons
1. Weak planets render the native childless.
2. If Rahu is associated with the Lord of the 5th house, and Saturn is posited in the 5th house receiving the aspect of Moon, the native will have no issues due to the curse of the serpents.
3. If Jupiter, the Putrakaraka, is associated with Rahu and the lord of the 5th house is weak in addition to the association of Mars with the Atmakaraka in Navamsa, the curse of the serpents will impact the native to remain issueless.
4. The conjunction of Jupiter and Mars, along with the combined Rahu, the ascendant, and the lord of the 5th house in the evil 6th, 8th, or 12th house, will invite the curse of the serpents and render the native childless.
5. The curse of the serpents will be very severe in case of Malefic Mars occupying his own Navamsa, the 5th lord being Mercury in association with a malefic.
6. When the malefic Mars becomes the lord of the 5th house and the evil Rahu remains without any aspect of benefic planets, the native will have no child due to the curse of serpents.
7. The conjoined ascendant and Rahu, along with the association of the lord of the 5th house with malefic Mars, denotes the existence of the curse of serpents that render the native childless.
CURSE OF FORE-FATHERS
1. The native will remain childless due to the curse of his forefathers when the Sun becomes the lord of the 9th house and is hemmed between malefic in a trine position, receiving the aspect of another malefic planet.
2. If the Sun occupies the 5th house and is hemmed between malefics and other malefics, Saturn and Mars in their debilitation, then the curse of the ancestors of the native will make him remain issueless.
3. Jupiter in Leo, the association of the lord of the 5th house with the Sun, malefic planets in the 1st and 5th houses, indicates a strong curse of forefathers.
4. Saturn positioned in the 5th house, the Sun in the 8th house, and the association of Rahu with the lord of the 5th house will render the native issueless due to the curse of the forefathers.
5. The following position of planets indicates the curse of forefathers.
Lord of the 12th house in the ascendant or 1st house
The Lord of the 8th house in the 5th house
The Lord of the 10th house in the 8th house.
With your kind wishes, I may continue with some more - curse of the mother, abortion, extinction of the family, etc., in the following days.
